Why? I take it that you want to get more shots out of the roll, right? I
think the EOS 5 is also unfamiliar with the length of the film as is my
EOS 50e. (The EOS 1/3's know the film length...) The 50e will rewind the
film when the tension is hard enough or when it has counted upto 36. It'll
usually give 25 pictures from 24 picture film, but "only" 36 out of 36. So
if EOS 5 works the same way... but if this is not the reason... well the
answer is still no. :-)
