Lots of great advises so far, I've learnt a lot myself.

Here's my $0.02.

Arrange the multiple rows not as straight rows, but curve them a bit with
the camera as the focal point and have them stand a little side ways rather
than facing straight forward , this will look more pleasant plus it will
make the distance from the camera to each person more consistent, which will
make the lighting more even across everyone.

As for the final enlargement size, I'm afraid 20x30 at 10 rows front to back
will be stretching the capability of 35mm a bit too far. While the quality
of a couple of the 20x30 enlargement I made with the EF20-35 lens looks
pretty good from 8 feet back, those 100 individuals will all be UP CLOSE
looking for themselves and other people when they get the prints.

You may want to consider smaller enlargement or larger film format.

Regards,

Ken
