Hello, I have a Canon EOS 300, and was planning on
buying a Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 EX HSM as I cannot afford
the money for the original Canon lens!!! I have heard
some very good comments on this lens, but have also
heard some general rumors about Sigma zooms not
lasting in terms of time and use... in particular I
have heard that they tend to "loosen up" too much,
losing their rigidity and allowing stability only at
the shortest and longest focal length. Has anyone had
this experience? Does anyone actually own this Sigma
lens and has had it for some time? Any comments?
Thanks for your help.
Silvia
