I've never had any luck with ROR.  I always ended up
with some film on the lens.  The best I've found (and
I think I've tried almost every solution out there, is
Eclipse, from Photographic Solutions
(www.photosol.com) used with their PEC Pads.  Cleans
off the worst accumulation of grime and fingerprints
with no residue.

For light fingerprints that haven't had time to "age"
a microfiber cloth works well, but be absolutely sure
there's no grit of any kind on the surface of the
lens.
