Reminds me of three-strip Cinerama. But seriously, given a stitched file on
the one hand and a digital camera of comparable quality that could capture
the image in one shot, would there be:

1. no difference whatsoever.
2. so little difference the for a practial matter there is no difference.
3. no visible difference.
4. visible difference, but acceptable.
