Mine has a slight bit of wobble, when I first purchased it, that bothered
me, so I took it back to the dealer and went through about 5 more looking
for one that didn't wobble.  All of them did, pretty much to the same
extent.  It hasn't seemed to affect lens group alignment, my images are
pretty sharp.
As an aside, this is one of the advantages of dealing with a brick and
mortar store.  If I had bought the lens from, say, B&H, I'd have had to post
to a forum like this, or be left wondering, or return it.
