NO, he didn't, but when I wanted a 100-400 IS, the only ones on e-bay were
within $100 of what B&H sells them for, and one ended at $1600, $100 more
than the local dealer had it for, new.  All I'm saying is that all resources
need to be exploited.  And you could still have your EOS 3 and 3 "L" lenses.
