I like to photograph deer, turkey, and other small animals that come
into my back yard. I have a salt/mineral lick set out on an old
stump along with corn. This set-up is about 25 yards from my camera
set on a tripod in an enclosed porch shooting through an open
window. Works great when it's light out, getting some good shots of
small animals and birds. The deer seem to come the most right before
dawn and after sunset. I was thinking of setting up a flood light
system to light up that spot in my yard. I have a pair of halogen
lights for working on my car that are mounted on stand like a
tripod, was thinking of using them like studio lights, would this
work? The deer around my housing development are not afraid of
lights or people at a distance. I will be using a Rebel Ti with a 75-
300 f4.5-5.6. I have some 400 and 800 speed film and was thinking
of trying 1600. I also have a 430EZ Speedlite but don't think the
flash will work.

Thanks
Mark
