Does anyone have an opinion on why Canon has not embrased ECF on their digital cameras? They seemed to have been going in that direction with their film cameras but have not seemed to have much interest since the push to digital. Is there a technical reason for this or is it just a cost cutting measure? I, for one, think it would be a nice feature to have provided that it works well. Any other opinions? Thanks.
