Not sure. You may get reflections, but you should also see the
reflections. The coatings should be pretty much the same for the 50mm
lenses. 
The diffence between the two is an additional element in the 1.4 lens to
better correct aberrations. Something that had to be accounted for due
to the faster speed 1.4 v. 1.8.
