Lots of different cameras have certain features I like, but none has them all. I've had various D-Elph versions, and they are OK for small and fairly rugged cameras but have no outstanding features. The Panasonic and Caplio with their 28mm equiv lenses are very appealing, as are any with image stabilization.

The last one I got is the Fuji F-10, and there reason for that is that it has decent picture quality at 800 ISO, and even manages 1600 with less noise than the SD500 Canon produces at 400. The Fuji's are the only ones that manage that type of performance, so I'll stay with them until others catch up.
