Damn, now I feel guilty. I almost mentioned that the El Reno case-mounted spin-on serves as an oil-cooler, but held back. Now exactly what I was afraid was going to happen has happened...your oil is too cool. Well, Put some duct tape over the oil cooler until you need it. Or fab an aluminum sleeve to cover it. Sorry I didn't bring it up.
