> Got hard steering to the left - and the control wheel turns --with great
effort --more than 90 degrees to get it to stay on the yellow taxiway
centerline at normal taxi speed. (single strut nose wheel - it's tight)
Turning right only takes about 45 degrees to get it to turn --hard but not
as hard as left.. Is this normal? I've checked the steering arm
connections & possible obstructions to movement --seems OK. Raise nose
wheel off the ground and everything turns easy - and not as much. I've
got
the floorboards out and I'm neck deep in the thing already -can't see
anything obvious. Haven't dissembled anything yet.
Steering/aileron/rudder shaft moves in the control column bushings when
you turn the wheel - some... (how much is OK?). But can't see how that
would create hard steering -- it does turn in the column OK. Anything I
might check or a procedure to check something specific?

turn 90 degrees when taxiing - light/serious/quite a lot?

trying to make #N93394 really right. (Hope you don't want me to tear it
up, guys - working under the panel is about to kill me - I'm 6' 3" don'cha
know!)
