be sure it's approved for use on their appliance.

It's not. The only one currently approved is the Champion CH48108(-1)

I have an F&M on my Bonanza (and probably on the coupe, too) and when I
called to ask, they were not approved or included on the F&M paperwork. At
the time they had no intention of adding it, but they may have changed their
minds as that's what good business people do.

I use Exxon Elite 20W50 in my C85, which has a filter. Best place to buy it
is www.eliteetc. <http://www.eliteetc.com> com where it is $60 a case,
shipping included. They often have sales where it's $55. They also sell
Tempest filters and they never charge for shipping.
