How can you say that "this type of aircraft . . . are or can be sport pilot legal" when referring to a 1400 lb. gross weight 415-E that clearly fails in meeting the definition of an LSA? The seller may erroneously or fraudulently say with "truth" that, "According to my experience, a new weight and balance and you should be good to go as As a LSA". The plane still can't ever be legal as an LSA even with a thousand changed weight and balance forms.
