Welcome to the forum as an active poster. I bet well have suggestions thatll help. Im not a mechanic of any kind but I have a couple of observations you might start with. Your static rpms are on the low side of the allowed range of 2110-2225. Thats not consistent with a 7148 prop. So, either the prop is not really a 7148 or your engine is weak. 1. Id urge you to check the actual pitch of the prop. Im sure that theres a standard procedure for this. Your mechanic should know or one of our members should be able to give a reference. 2. For the engine to be canted 12° down, either it is the wrong mount or it was bent (and not properly repaired). Lets watch for expert answers. Dont feel bad about your English. You explained everything with excellent clarity (better than many of us native English speakers do). I wish I could speak another language with a fraction of your ability.
