I had a claim with AIG in the last month. The adjuster flew here a couple of days after I reported the problem. He both called and e-mailed his tail number so I could time his arrival and meet him at the airport.. Really nice guy. He settled several claims to the people's satisfaction and was on his way in less than two hours. In spite of this not entirely fitting Tech, I think a job well done needs to be reported. Good job AIG. Mike
