This year, I watched, a respected(?) member of this list sell a Coupe as a 415-C LSA. He was asking about $10,000 more than when it was advertised on Ebay as a 415-D. The interesting thing about it was that when it was on it was on Ebay it had 415-D data plate (photo in listing), but by the time it was sold as 415-C it had a 415-C data plate. Isn't that interesting. The poor guy who bought it is flying an illegal airplane that someday an AP may ground because the STC is not being followed or the insurance company may not pay for if something happens.
