How long have you owned the Coupe? was it built with a C-85 or is a
conversion? If you recently purchased it, how long ago and who did your pre buy

inspection? What are the compression readings on all four cylinders? Is there
any sign of intake or exhaust leaks? With a good C-85 a 1260 pound Coupe
should reach between 105 and 115 mph indicated at 3000 feet. Climb should be
about 350 to 500 FPM. All at full throttle of course.

Was wondering what the majority are using for prop pitch on c-85 engines
I have a 71-50 prop It only turns 2350 RPM at full throttle cruise below
3000 ft.
This is with a new tach and checked with two separate hand held tach
checks.
