Hi Couper, IMHO First, I would check for a low reading ASI. (around 10 mph)
Second, if your tach is good, you are about 1/2" too coarse on pitch, if you really really want to get closer to 2575 rpm. have a shop move it from, say 50" to 49.5" That would bring you up to close to 2450 in cruise. Personally, I don't like to be continually bumping redline, so I would be happy with that. After that, it gets kinda expensive.
