On popular request, here is how it is done on a Garmin 196

First navigate to the display you want the voltage field be shown.

I am using my favorite display for VFR cross country, that is the compass rose,
essential a DG , but better.

There I hit the menu button and choose "change Data fields"

Then I hilite the field that I want to replace. In the image below Voltage is
hilighted.

On yours another field will be needed to be hilighted, since you don't have
Voltage there.

Now I choose With what to replace --> Voltage.

Enter , done , close all menus and you are setup.

Repeat this for every screen you want to see the voltage in.

Does that work for you guys?

I have a 696, and where in heck do you read voltage.
What page is it on please. And if it is on a particular page that would mean I
would have to occasionally get to that page on my gps to read the voltage.
That's not for me. I want to scan my panel and continually see it all at each
scan
