I don't in any way question you about what to do after the bounce occurs, whether it's from a physical bounce of the nose gear or ballooning from an untimely yoke yank.

I'm just having trouble seeing the potential for a /*Coupe*/ nose gear "bouncing the nose" back to strong positive angle of attack as a justification for a nose gear snubber cable with the attendant loss of much of the shock absorption of that nose gear.
