I'm just saying that the automotive market is HUGE! There is a place in it for small low-speed vehicles. For example, there's a pizza company in Minneapolis that uses NEVs to deliver pizzas. It's in an urban area, where none of the roads have speed limits over 30 mph, and all their customers are within a few miles. The NEVs are cheaper than regular cars, and so small that they can wedge into parking spots too small for other vehicles.
