Oh, I agree! EVERY kind of vehicle gets used for commuting by at least *some* people. All I'm saying is that it is a minority of folks that use an expensive car for an inexpensive purpose.

If Ferrari or Tesla (or anyone else) want to sell millions of cars, they will have to make them affordable and practical for millions of people. Otherwise, they will be limited to a wealthy clientele who value luxury and performance over economics.

Companies like Toyota and Honda have figured this out. They make cars that are both economical *and* comfortable enough to appeal to a large audience.
