The Rule from OSHA was enacted in 1991, that is 23 years ago and I have seen the measures which our local FORD dealership takes with the Techs working on Hybrids in switching off the disconnect... I suspect the rules will not be changed. However I and others will offer training to Independents. As soon as I find a financial backer...
