I was not disappointed. I had intended to do the same with a Y. With
your input, I think I will test drive a Y before buying.
You are unlikely to get any Tesla response to an online query. If you
are near a "Gallery", I would suggest voicing complaints there. The old
Tesla forum is about to be replaced with https://engage.tesla.com/. You
MIGHT find some satisfaction there. Of course, there is always TMC
