Well thanks. Yes, my accusations are distasteful, but somebody has to call the leaders of our societies to account, if we can, and get them to change the way we are doing things. For example, if one loans 1000 units of whatever currency you chose, to a relative, to pay the rent, only to discover that they are a heroin addict, and that is where then money went, a person would be less then pleased, and rightly, so. This is the world's leadership. Moving onward, what do you think of what Lovelock says? At least he is logically consistent.

The climate change advocates are claiming that disaster is on its way, no matter what. If we don't buy into total pessimism (which I am disbelieving) then we must do solar and wind and to figure out a means to store the energy, overnight, and during cold weather. There is the possibility of Ocean Thermal power (to make electricity) becoming commercial finally, but it;s no certainty that this is true. You make some good points, but then you veer off to attack straw men.
