For a start, the everything list is not my list - Wei Dai is the official owner, but I haven't seen him posting in a while! As for FOAR, you don't need to kill someone. Posting obvious spam is enough. Several spammers have been banned from FOAR already. But so long as it's vaguely on topic to the eclectic tastes of the lists, and so long as people exercise a little bit of courtesy and moderation in their language, I'm fine with what is posted. There's always a handy delete button for that stuff I don't want to read :).
