I don't think there is any doubt about it, a human-level AI does not exist
today because neither we nor computers currently have all the tools that
are needed to make one. I doubt if I could say that in 30 years and perhaps
not in 20, I would guess it will remain true for the next 10 but I've been
wrong before.
