The figures quoted were bits per second of subjective time. If you want a recording of 10 second observer moment sequence, then multiply the rate by 10. You are then welcome to replay that recording at (say) 1000th the original rate, and of course it makes absolutely no difference as to whether the recording is conscious or not.
