As I understand your theory, the mind (not the brain) is a sequence of states in threads of computation by the UD. These threads are picked out by some as yet unknown statistic that makes them constitute a sequence of thoughts, aka "observer moments". Matter and the physical world exists only as an implication or inference of these thoughts. Thats your reversal of psychology and physics. Right?
