No. The photons you see with are real photons. Virtual photons are
off-shell particles used in Feynman diagrams to expand the Green's
function. They allow for static EM fields; one's that don't propagate.
As for gravitons, if we quantized gravity, they would the mediators of
force, hence real. AG
Except quantizing gravity seems to necessarily lead to un-renormalizable
infinities. Gravitons are just the weak field approximation. The basic
problem is that general relativity is non-linear...gravitons attract
gravitons.
