I agree, but as you reject Mechanism, you can expect only such kind of theory of consciousness. Perhaps consciousness is not that easy. But it is. Consciousness is what all machine *feel* to be true, indubitable, non definable… when looking inward (in the standard sense of Gödel & Co.).
