Bullshit. You don't even read what's in your own links! But by then if they are to have any hope for survival other people will have to pay tens of thousands of dollars to get them healthy again, and even then the chances of them surviving are less than 50-50. So yes, I have very little sympathy for these assholes. And the fact that the overwhelming majority of these filthy sick bastards would rather live in a fascist dictatorship than a democracy, and are willing to take active measures to make that happen, does not significantly increase my empathy towards them.
