I appreciate the workaround, however, I can always get access by logging into the computer as that user and launching outlook and let it autoconfigure, what I really want to know is why it's not working logged in with my credetnials (which I granted full access to over the mailbox)
This has always worked in the past against EX 2003/07/10, I'm wondering if this is specific to this network or is it because EX2013 has something different going on in the background that I'm not aware of.
