Yeah, the only thing I haven't torn apart until today is the bottom end. I already split the crankcase.

Can you tell me how to split the crank apart?

I'm going to have my neighbor look over the crank bits and I'll take his advice on what should be re-done. The bearings all seem to run smooth as silk. There was a bit of crap in the bottom of each cylinder that surely needed cleaning out. It looks as though the crankcase itself has been beaten by metallic objects but not too badly. Near as I can tell with my uneducated eye, the only problem is one of the con rods has a thrust washer missing completely. I imagine that did not get put on with the re-build. Have you got a spare one of those, the skinny one?
