The crankshaft is pressed together.
Even though I'm a real dedicated do-it-yourselfer
I'd send it out to a crankshop for the rebuild.
If they just need "tweaking" for runout and
rod "phasing" I have v-blocks, surface plate
and a brass hammer.
Trust me.....this is not a job you want on a 2 cylinder,
it'll be money well spent.
Most of the bigger snowmobile shops should be able
to handle it.
E-bay usually has some Kaw engines on it, of course they
may be bigger turds than what you have now.
