That's because I don't know where the error in your
mental model is occurring.

Yes, when the transition occurs is a matter of
interpretation.

No, I'm just assuming Tropical.  The same frame-of-
reference principle holds whether it's Tropical or
Sidereal.  In their own context, Tropical versus
Sidereal are also different frames of reference, but
that's not the difference I'm talking about here.
