Yes, this is the [Best]; but who has time to Be Still; that's the thing... How to inspire people or yourself, to Be Still; In the midst of an ever increasing noisy world... If enough people could just learn to 'Be Still' Wouldn't even take too much time at all; We could flip the whole noisy chaotic affair, just like that.
