trying to suggest all traces of religion would have been wiped away long ago,
from the moment the constitution became the law of the land. But it wasn't.As I
have said so many times so far Congress opens each cession with prayer which
somehow is illegal in schools. Federal appointees are usually given an oath
to take on a Bible and one swears to uphold the law SO HELP ME GOD etc.
None of this establishes a state religion but does allow the free exercise
of.
