Very nice. It's not practiced that way.  You still have 30 degree houses. Yes, you would but these would represent entire constellations for each house in the Rashi Chakra. A house equals a sign. In the case of a yogi who can calculate a chart in consciousness, as a rishi would, this is how it is perceived.
