FarCry's "localisation" of the webtop is broken in 4.0.x  This is a
consequence of the introduction of formtools and plugins -- neither of
which fit the i18n model used in earlier versions.  You will find that
the i18n functionality in Fortress allows for resource bundles in
core, plugins and projects.  Which is no mean feat I might add.  Still
a lot of work to be done here but you can see how we're progressing in
the Fortress beta.

If you are referring to multi-lingual content (as opposed to
application localisation) then FarCry is just another UTF-8 compliant
Java app and providing your templates and database are set to handle
other languages and character sets you should be fine.
