Well I agree :) But what would you envisage putting there? The problem is that its a common ui control for uploading an image. People who understand it find the inline explanation everywhere too verbose once they understand the meaning. Ideally we could have some sort of "gumby" user mode showing bucket loads of inline doco, that can be optionally turned off once they are familiar with the environment. I'd like such a feature -- its just not part of the current framework, perhaps it should be.
