Ah.. the site tree content sub section.

That is Administrator only -- and is there purely as an alternative
option to locate tree based content without the tree.  It probably
needs a facelift given the plethora of alternative approaches
available in 4.0.  You would not normally edit or add content from
these interfaces.

I think I might even look to remove the section by default in Fortress
-- I never use it.  What do others think?  Certainly in-ine sub
section docs will make it easier to explain what is going on.
