I said that it was a tax based on Denkavit and Irish Creamery Milk
Suppliers. The paper was really tough especially the FMOG question.
The direct effect question was ok except it took forever to get
straight what law to apply to which bit and then write it, ended up
spending way too much time on it. I thought the case note question was
ridiculous. I had kind of hoped that if i was stuck i could at least
attempt a few lines on some of the cases. The course was long enough
already without introducing that kind of a question to the paper.
