Yes...that is what a vet told me and I was shocked! But actually about 20 ago I had a kitten that had it and iused amoxicillin and he finally came out of it. I also used raw blood from calf liver mixed with canned food and syringes it. He ended up being very unbalanced from it because it affected his brain. But he didn't know he was different(: I just lost him a few years ago):
