I'm currently spinning indigo dyed grey Icelandic lamb, combing the fleece
before spinning on a drop spindle. It's slow going - I'm having to park and
draft.

I have read that the viking combs were used to separate the tog and thel
before spinning, but if so, it's not obvious how that happens to me. If I
were to actually separate them, it seems I'd have to pull the tog out by
hand. This seems unnecessarily time-consuming.

Any suggestions?
