Where in the world do you get that? If I picked up a book and found anything other than full justification, I would assume it was a deliberate stylistic tic, like using all lower-case letters or something.
Certainly I would not for an instant consider anything other than full justification for the prefaces in the scores I publish, because IMO anything else is simply unprofessional.
