I just got a notice from Native Instruments that Kontakt 2 is out.
Hoping that it would improve performance on the Mac, I looked for an
upgrade path for recent buyers, or for users of Kontakt Player (the
version included with GPO.)
They want US $339 for it! That's $240 off the full price of $579, but
really! Isn't there a Player version upgrade?
They must REALLY not like Mac owners!
(OK, it's the same for PC owners. But it's so empowering to be able to
claim victimhood.)
