The problem seems to occur mainly (only?) with blank pages dangling at the
end of a piece.  For me this happens when I delete a measure or more of the
music on page one.  Finale responds by deleting the "unnecessary" blank page
and doesn't recognize the text blocks residing there.

Actual inserted pages, with music following, seem very stable.
